Start with the situation you are in.
You might be outside your apartment without a key, getting a new place ready or trying to close a business door that will not lock. You should not need a list of technical terms to explain what is happening.
Our guides separate access problems, changes to working keys, damaged hardware and vehicle key requests. They explain the details that matter and the questions to ask before work is agreed.
Local context that helps
Somerville’s shared entrances, individual apartments, storefronts and managed properties can involve different people and permissions. The page for a nearby town also helps you prepare a specific request rather than treating the town name as the whole job description.
These pages describe service situations and contact options. They do not establish a branch office in each town, a guaranteed arrival time or support for every type of lock and vehicle. Availability and the proposed work are confirmed for the actual address and equipment.
Reach LockReach by phone
Call 857-322-5996 with your address, the door or vehicle involved and what has changed. Mention any property-manager approval or access restrictions. Ask for the scope and estimated charges before arranging work.
For urgent danger to a person, contact emergency services first. For ordinary lock and key questions, use the service guides or the questions page to prepare for your call.
